Welcome to RBD Instruments’ new Sales and Support Portal.
The login you used to log into our previous portal will not work. Therefore, please click on "New User?" to create a new login.
Registration isn’t required but there are benefits to registering.


When you click the Register/Login link above, you'll be directed to sign up or sign in to RBD's new Poral.
If you're already created a login to the new portal, you're all set to go, and can click Submit Ticket to request a quote, ask for information, or open a new support ticket.

If you're not registered, you can still submit a ticket or send an email to sales@rbdinstruments.com and support@rbdinstruments.com, but you’ll need to type a lot more than if you register.

Here are some other benefits to registering, none of which are available if you don’t register:

  • You'll have a record of all your requests for quotes, product information, and technical support. You won’t need to find the email that contained your previous request(s).
  • Your ticket history is easy to see and search through. By registering, you won't have to search through all your emails from us to find the ticket that applies. Just log in then click on the “My Area” link at the top of the window.
  • If you’ve requested a quote, you’ll see our quote number and the date it was created in the ticket specific to its creation. When you place your order, the PO number and the date we received it will be shown, too.
  • If you have purchased Technical Support Credits, you’ll be able to see your current account balance in your most recent ticket.
  • If we’ve shipped you something, you’ll see the shipment's tracking information in the ticket applicable to the shipment.
